This is normal in kingdom.
They might be reconfirming your certification from your native place,at minimum it will take two to three weeks. so what you can do is keep calling them.

Dear bro!! if your degree is varified from HEC, and Foreign office from pakistan and further varified from Saudi engineering counsel and saudi embassey in Pakistan and you have submitted all required documents to saudi engineering counsel than please dnt you worry, cool and calm, it is saudi arabia and when their mood will be fine they will proceed your documents, may be in next 4-5 days you will get done
