Hi,
Best bet is for you to take some and look up www.dubizzle.com -> This is the most widely used consumer-to-consumer type of buy-sell website. And plenty of people advertise such stuff all the time.
Then in the search bar, Set the preferences as following,
First bar- From "All cities", change it do "Dubai
Second bar- From "All of dubizzle", change it to "Property for rent"
Third bar- From "Short term Daily"
Fourth bar- From "All categories" , change to "Apartment/flat for rent"
Then see the available , filtered ads. And reply to them or call ..Further you could even naroow it down to certain price ranges as well.
The other bet would be to look up in booking.com and look up hotel apartments around dubai marina area..there are some decent 3/4 star places and quite obviously luxurious ones. Check the user reviews and I'm sure you'll get some hits
