Tell your husband that you're planning to go alone to complaint if he's not gonna come with you...Simple...
Mariem88 wrote:Don't judge XB23. I'm 1% with you. But anyways why husband is scared To visit the police station !? They will not eat you. Just go ahead with the police complaint and let them do their work, if they will
I wouldn't come online, search for a site, ask the forum members if I should go to the police. I would be very angry, straight out the door to the police without asking anyone what I should do, the moment I find out someone has stolen my cash & jewellery - or anything from me! Home robbery is serious, you don't just sit there online chatting about it! After I've seen the police, I might consider coming online later to get a bit of info that may help with the case.
Plus who keeps the spare key for a locker... inside the same locker it's used for? Surely it's kept somewhere else in the event the primary key is lost, then you can retrieve the spare, and use it to gain access...Something about this isn't making sense to me.

I agree with you...Reading this I feel its more about the sister trying to share her sorrow here rather than finding a solution to the robbery and to gt the culprit...
we got some major Sherlocks in this thread
There were two pair of keys. One pair i kept inside the locker and the other i kept in the handcarry which my husband was bringing wid him after 4 hours flight.
Sister you need to contact police and tell that all, i am sure they gonna start investigation from your husband who have the key only. If you wish to go police just go, tell your husband you are going alone, and you can go there is no need your husband to go with you even... because when you will be in police station and reported that i am sure they will call your husband same time to come and sign on some documents...

Probably, but you might very well be alone for a long time after that if they arrest your husband, the most likely suspect.
How can i doubt on my husband he put swear on Quran and on head of my daughter that he never saw the key!!!!! And stopping me k abhi ruk jaoo mai ne HR se baat kee hai woh investigate karain ge. Ghar ka access mere brother in law k paas tha lekin my husband denying k he never gave spare home keys to my brother in law
As a note, I would also consider possible punishments for whoever committed this crime.
I understand they sometimes leave the convict with a problem when it comes to playing a piano.

Up to you, but try to look at what the police will look at, and ask why he is reluctant to go to the police.
I think police will eat him and his brother thats why!!!

No break in, and your husband had the keys.
The police would ask him some searching questions.

You just said that you gave the key to your husband and he was supposed to bring it in a flight 4 hrs later right?
Then how can he swear and how can you not doubt him?
See...This is totally up to you...Either you talk it out with an investigation among you, your husband, his brother and the servant and then go and complain to the police...
The punishment would be chopping off i guess...
He says let him find a person hes in a police and knows him... its better to go to someone who knows me ....
Oh man...So you are doubting your husband also right??
This is gonna drag on like a telly serial...
You don't have any other relatives here who could intervene?
Sometimes he says Jinnaat did the robbery... if jinnat did this then why keys were stolen.
He knows one babaji in pakistan. Its their family Babajaan and he and his family takes all their important decisions with him. So he has talked to him and babajee will do some magic and will tell the name of the Robber!!!

To be honest I still don't understand. As I wouldn't keep the spare pair in the locker itself, because obviously you can't get in if the pair kept in the hand-carry goes missing. Not sure why you didn't keep it instead with you. So you both have the keys to it. If one loses theirs, the other can still access. If he loses his, well no one can access...So I don't get it. How did it go missing? Can someone have possibly taken it out from the hand-carry other than the husband? Was the hand-carry opened & searched at some point, and possibly went missing during that process? Or is there a possibility that you didn't actually place it in there, but mistakenly thought you did? Anyway did you find the spare pair when the locker was forcefully opened?
I can now understand your reluctance to visit the police. The thought of living with a one-handed man has stopped you from going there.
Holy go to the police woman. this baba crap is unislamic

This is rapidly turning into a soap opera plot.
I wonder if it's time to dump the thread.
Woman.....Get your head straight...Now I just feel he's making a fool out of you or you're seriously dumb enough to out up with this shit...
Or it's just that you're scare of him and you ain't gonna do anything except sharing your sorrow here...
I think it's high time that you threaten your husband now about the theft...
Or ask him whether he chose you or whether the baba chose you as a wife for him...

May Allah bless you sister, in this case only police can handle...still your husband putting HR in middle and it's totally have no relation with this issue...its ur personal home matter nor office...simple way police gonna get fingurr prints from locker and will be clear how many person touched that locker and case will solved...I am sure u and ur husband is ok if third person have fingure print its mean he is the one who took Gold..if only you and your husband then u can judge who is the one ....

True. But I'm a big fan of soap 'whodunnit' plots. It's what kept me watching EastEnders.

This might be absurd, but did the locksmith break it open in front of you, or done it out of sight? Just to rule him out of the list of suspects.

Hi everybody,
I agree with Fred, it is now time to close this thread as it is getting more and more silly.
@ Rukhsaar > In case of robbery, it is best that you contact directly the police, they are more apt to help you.
