Documents required for Applying Employee Clearance Letter.

hello i am an Engineer from india and got interviewed by a well reputed company  2 month ago its been 1 month completed now where company applyed for Clearance Lettter my question is what are the documents required for applying Clearance company only have my ressume with them . plz reply to this post .

For a company to apply for a labour clearance, they have to furnish a lot of documentation.

Not the employee.

hello Sumitran sir thanks for your reply so that means for applying clearance ressume details is enough details of employee because thay said me more 20 days it takes for my labour clearance and i not even received offer letter from them it is like  getting LC first then they will make Offer ?

Dears,
If the ministry of manpower accept the labor clearance application, does it mean the company fulfill all the required documents? does it mean it is matter of days to issue the clearance and how long it usually take if the employer is private sector?

Hi samermohamed,

Until and unless the Ministry of Manpower / Labour grants the company with the required job clearance to hire an expatriate, employment visa cannot be issued.

Mere accepting is not enough. The Ministries must grant the all-important and required clearance.

Once the clearance is taken, then it is a matter of mere days before the employment visa can be issued - usually not more than a maximum of one working week, and a minimum of one working day.
