IETLS instructor for Private Lessons

Hi guys, I am looking for an IETLS instructor who has got IETLS examiner certificate, to take speed-up private lessons. My level is I guess between 6.5 and 7.0 and I need at least 7.0 for each band. I am not cheap Charlie but I prefer not to take private lessons in language courses as they are extremely expensive. My budget is 100 lira for 2 hours and I am planning to take private lessons at least 3 days in a week. So if you are interested in please send me a PM. Only native speakers from UK, Australia or Canada. Thank you.

Note: I live in Etiler.
