Best thing is foreigners living in that area. They have already learned the ropes....

Yes, there are a couple of Germans living on the island and my girlfriend is from Honduras. The problem is trying to do your homework from so many miles away. I'll be traveling down for semana Santa and hope to have several meetings during that time. Thanks.
