Visa and business in Malaysia

Hi everyone,
I am living in Thailand now but thinking about moving to Malaysia, before making up my mind I would like to know a couple of things:

I can get a 3 months free tourist visa in Malaysia, but how many times can I apply for it on the row? I mean, can I leave the country and get other 3 months as much as I want or is there any limit?

The second question is, it is possible for foreigners to own 100% of their business or a Malay partner is needed?

Hi yes you can own 100% but you need lots of capital ( c 10 million baht) Then you will need to get a work permit. It is illegal to use tourist visas to work and after a few trips you you will be denied entry.

Also depends on the business. There are many restrictions.
