Hi .My name is Tess and would love to move to Phuket but need advice and contacts to start off. i am a 64 year old single female and would like to make friends with similar for any advice to make the transition. I currently live on the Gold Coast in AustraliaMany thanks ahead.

Hi Tess.
I'm an ex Gold Coaster, 30 years at Burleigh. Relocated here to LOS 2 years ago.
Why Phuket ? Very touristy & expensive. Why not consider a more real "Thai" area. So much more natural & nicer in the country.
