Are there any westerners here who cut hair?

I keep going to local barbers who claim to specialize in western hair styles, but I always end up leaving with a very vietnamese style haircut, and no matter what I ask for, they give me the opposite.

Does anybody know a barber who is actually a westerner? I know I've seen some adds a while back but can't seem to find any now.

I know that some locals are walking around with bowl cuts but there is really nothing wrong with Vietnamese barbers. The problem may be communication even if your barber nominally speaks English. Try bringing an old photo of yourself or, as women often do, a photo of a movie star who you wish to emulate.
