To the best of my knowledge, there is only one agent authorised to handle UK visa applications, TLS Contact.  I have pasted their address below:

UK Visa Application Centre
Unit 2, 1st floor, 9 West
Ring Road Parklands
Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya

Applicants initially have to log ono the GOV.UK website to begin the application process, then create an account with TLS Contact.  Applicants are given an appointment to attend the Visa Application Centre.

I understand that final decisions are made by the British High Commission in Pretoria.

The whole process must be done in person  - applicants cannot appoint an agent to act on their behalf. 

The whole process is fairly tightly sewn up.
