Hi guys!!

I will be travelling to Sihanoukville to count down new year. I would like to get some advice since this is the first time I visit:

1. Which part of the beach I should stay? I prefer the bustle places :)
2. Is there any special events for countdown of 2016?

Thank you. Any comments is appreciated.

Besides, If any travellers /locals wanna meet up for drinks, please shoot me a msg

Stay in the Serendipity Beach area for the most activities. Hotels/guesthouses on Serendipty Street near the pier;  or Mithona Street (one block from beach) or Tola Street (two blocks from beach) would be good.

Ochheuteal Beach and Serendipity Beach are the places to be for fireworks and massive (people) count down.

After midnight, if a more relaxed atmosphere is required, Pub Street would be the place to be, one cluster of 10 bars, very good atmosphere.

If you like to meet up for a coffee, a drink or just talk, after Jan 1, PM me.

Have a good time, and be careful.

I absolutly recomment The "CHIVAS BEACH CLUB"  Art The Ochetel Beach Street!
