I don't know where to start. I wish there was an index of location and expat there. Not a Spanish speaker. I would need help there. I do have time though.
I've been looking at David on the West coast of Panama. I would live to contact someone there.

I live near the south coast (Panama doesn't have a west coast) close to the border with Costa Rica.
