I already wrote a letter detailing some info about this missing friend.

I'm looking for a lost friend. Last contact with him was on July of 2010 via email and he is looking for a job there in Singapore. He came from the Philippines. He told he will be on his exit visa.

Please help me find him. His name is Victor Rosal Zafra. 5 foot 11 inches tall, brown complexion.
