The first thing to do is examine the reasons you wish to move, then ask if it's possible or not.
What about an income, where would you live?

I go along with Fred.

Why do you want to move.
Will you need a job which will require visas etc
Do you have enough money saved to cover visa costs along with cost of living etc whilst looking for a job.
