would love some insight.

Thina69

Hi,  We are seriously considering the move to Roatan,  however we need to work.  What is the market for welders on the islands?  My husband is a welder and I work in Food and Bev.  Any insight or advice would be appreciated.  Thanks,  Thina

There are some welding jobs on Roatan. There are also skilled Honduran welders who work for @ $5/ hr. Food/ bev service is less than $3/hr. You will need a work permit or resident status to work. Contact a Honduran attorney to get started. Be very cautious who you hire...do your research and talk to many people before you hire an attorney. I can recommend one for you but not on this forum. thomgjones129@hotmail.com      Headline "Roatan Welder" then I will see it in the mix.
