Hi, I was staying in Roysambu (I know is a bit far from you favourite areas) in an hostel called TOPACE. It's mixed but girls and boys are divided in different areas. There is a room with independent bathroom, a small balcony and a small place where to cook, sink, a bed and a table with chair. I had good time there. There is a small cafeteria with tv and hot dishes. After 10 guests are not allowed. Hope it is useful for you!
