Its really true as what have seen on TV; the damage, death etc.  but the North Korea is frighten by the US-KOR War games and the China also remind the North Korea that it could be the end of the regime if they will react with the Sea Drill because the Japan, USA and South Korea is ready to attack the them, so the North is so frighten and didn't make any attack again.
