Visit Visa Parents - How much time for approval ?

So , a friend of mine "Doctor Profession" , applied a visa for family visit 20 days ago .

Yet , no response .

How long does it take ?

Normally it takes 4 to 5 working days after chamber,but nowadays East Region MOFA is having too much delay or either they are not issuing visa currently.

Mine was approved a couple of weeks back in just 3 days.
