Supposly they are offering me a job in Kuwait in very good conditions, but they are asking to pay a visa fee in advance, its seems to me like a scam. Do any have any exprience like this?

Genuine offers will include visa fees. This sounds very much like a scam to me.
Go online, find contact details for Exxon and see if they are advertising the job. Contact them and give them the details you have been sent.
There are websites that will tell you if it is a scam.

I worked the oilfields in the middle east. All paper work needs to be done before departure, and the Company pays the cost. Yes it sounds like a scam. Sorry to burst your bubble.

By the way, they paid more in the 80's then they pay now. I make more money in Canada (about 3 times more) then in the middle east. now they use Russians, Ukrainian, Afghan and Pakistani. Much cheaper, but also much more dangerous and haywire type of work conditions. I will not go back in these conditions.
