can any one please explain the procedure of work visa in steps?

Hello every one!

i applied in some company and got job, and after they said 3days ago that you visa is already uploaded in lmra, i check on web so it shows that in progress, the yesterday they said that you visa papers are now move to other department (dont know the name) then it will done in a week on employment... like 4 steps as they said, i cant understand what steps and how to verify

Be patient. My visa took a month. Apparently there was a backlog. Just check regularly with them. As our fellow expats have advised, things happen alot slower in Bahrain.

Oh really? But my current visa will end on 30 of this month... Then what should i do???

what next?

and is it possible that employer pay for one month only?

Hi,

if your on visit you can extend your visa by visiting NPRA http://www.npra.gov.bh/en/contact-us/map-access/

as DebbieT1 mentioned be patient, we have seen cases where it has gone to over 2 months as well. (depends on the relationship between the visa issues authority and your potential employer)
