Hojancha new eco development and B&B business

HI

I started to develop an Eco rural residency in Hojancha named fxxxxx .
It is a human scale .This development will have only 28 Houses. Each average lot size is around 5.500 m2 or 1.3 Acres . Water and electricity are available .
Also I 'm looking for a couple for running a B&B business . I built a nice 4 bedrooms house for WE . my wife and I are still working in San Jose. Could be a nice opportunity for a young retired couple to get an activity and incomes without to invest in a house .

Don't forget to tell people that one must have Permanent resident status to perform physical work here.
So, when running a B&B legal staff must be hired...

Right Kohlerias!
We always try to follow the rules and leys. My wife wouldn't permit it. She has been working for Costa Rican suprem court (Sala Cuarta) for over 15 years as a lawyer .
By the way , I highly recomand for residency ARCR lawyers arcr.net/
the belgium guy Frederic Matthis is also reliable
