In common when you are looking for to know which cities are the best to live , there are factors to consider like climate, security, cost of living, job opportunities and services available in those cities. So let's look into some cities like Mogadishu the capital city of the country , this city is really very cheap to live when u are considering the cost of living , climate , and the resources you need ,but again the security/safety is the main problem.
