Is Qatar oil crisis cause any problem for Phcc staff recruitment?

Hai all
I am selected for Phcc 1year back. But still I am not got the visa.is it due to oil crisis. Is it cause any problem for recruitment? Kindly tell me..

As you guessed, i think it is correct because i heard that many companies are reducing their employees and staff particularly in the field of the oil and hydrocarbon like Qatar petroleum and Qatar gaz.

Hamad is reducing its workforce by large number. Even my auntie has been affected by this reduction just this month. She got the letter after working for 19 years at HMC.
