CPF & Document with parents' names

All documents of identification in Brazil bear the names of both parents of the individual to whom the document is issued. That's just the way it is here in Brazil. This applies to Brazilians and expats alike.
If your passport does not show your parents' names then you should submit a certified copy of your Birth Certificate (long form), which may be called Registration of Birth in your country. If it is for immigration purposes (i.e. to obtain visa, RNE and CPF) then they will need to be authenticated by your country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The reason is that Brazilian documents of Identification will look just like these below, showing "filiação":
