Hello everyone,

Following clashes that took place on Monday 7th of March between security forces and a terrorist group in Ben Guerdane, curfew was imposed in the whole area. Moving across the city is quite limited while access to nearby cities such as Djerba and Zarzis is prohibited. Moreover, security operations are still underway in the city.

State of emergency has been extended until March 22 in the whole country. Therefore, foreign nationals who are on the spot are highly advised to be cautious and to pay close attention to security measures in force, especially in risk areas.
