UK city tour safe trip program

Hello,

Planning to go to London soon,
I usually took hotel trip program once i do my overseas trip by see the hotel review on booking.com then I assume the safety of the tour guide in the entrance lobby stand will be fine to apply on a few days my stay.
So, can I apply this also to UK?
Any advise for good tourist spot that safe for solo traveller

The centre of London is safe in daylight hours, but you'll see lots of drunks around at night; the later it gets, the more drunks you'll see.
NEVER go into the satellite towns at night.
London has a large number of museums and other places of interest, but don't go to Soho area as it's just a dump packed with prostitutes and all the low life fools that  business attracts.

I will manage just went out at day light till 9 pm from my hotel on max time limit then.
