Import taxes on a used bicycle?

Can anyone tell me what sort of import taxes I might be expected to pay on a used bicycle shipped to Cambodia? If I ship it to a Cambodian resident rather than myself, will that reduce this fee?

If it's for personal use, and not for resale, I doubt that there's any import tax.
I have imported a lot of things for personal use, and the customs office never made me pay for anything. They just want to know what it is, which sometimes is difficult to explain (worst thing to explain so far was a dehumidifier... which by the way should be costlier than a used bicycle, and was still free of tax.)
