Italian language programs in Italy

I'm a photographer in San Francisco, and I'm looking for a good Italian language program in Tuscany. I'd like to take a two-week intensive course in April. I found a lot of schools in Firenze, but couldn't tell which were more effective. I'd really appreciate any tips you may have. I've had some exposure to Italy; I spent a semester in college, in 1982, in Siena, went to Venice in '87 and a visiting artist residency in Rome, in 1999. I'd like to live there again some day, and now I'd like like to be fluent. After all my experience in Italian culture, I'm probably an intermediate speaker, maybe I'm too right-brained. Thanks for reading this and for offering me any advice on good language programs in Italy. I'm looking forward to spending my 50th birthday in Italy. :)

Ok, in Florence you get a lot of good schools, just be aware that it is better if they are members of the National Association (ASILS). And then, I am a director of one of these good schools, therefore if you want to come by us you will be more than welcome (and get a discount).
Our school is Scuola Toscana (scuola-toscana.com) and we have many possibilities for a 2 weeks course !
Hope to see you !
