High School in Naxxar/Attard

Post new topic

Hiya,

Can anybody help me with any information on this subject.  We are moving to Malta February next year and will be living in Attard.  I believe there is one high school in catchment that services both areas.

Any information would be very much appreciated.

many thanks.

Boys or Girls school? I believe the state schools are single sex. There's a brand new state-of-the-art Secondary Boy's school in Naxxar/Mosta - not sure if it's catchment area covers Attard too though.

Or alternatively there are the Independent schools - no need to worry about catchment areas as they bus kids in from all over the island...but of course, there's a cost (for the school and the bus).

For State Schools - this may help: http://www.education.gov.mt/edu/schools … _level.htm

For Independent schools - try this: http://www.education.gov.mt/edu/schools … ate.htm#ss

Thanks for that.

I am looking for a boys school, preferably state.

I would love to hear from people who perhaps already had kids there and their experiences.

Thanks

Sorry to be a pain,  I am also having trouble finding out about catchment areas for schools.  Which areas are covered by particular schools etc.  As mentioned, I will be in Attard but now I'm not sure which school would be appropriate.  I've tried the Ministry of Edu website but can't find anything.  Am I being an idiot?

Try this for Government School catchment areas:
