Hi all,

I'd like to invite you to join us for weekly Zumba Fitness workout on saturdays, 10:30 am. It's awesome to start the weekend on the active mode. Zumba is high to moderate intensity cardio workout based on various dance rhythms. You will have a lot of fun, shred thousands of calories while just dancing.
the class is 1h long, KES 700/class.
If you like dancing, tired of boring workout routines or simply want to try something new. Join our zumba party. For a class registration please drop a line here uproactive@gmail.com
