Hi! I'm a semi-retired journalist now living in Guardamar Del Segura - and I love it. However, come of my experiences over the last five years have inspired me to become Spain's Grumpy Old Gran! I adore the country and the lifestyle but I find things far from perfect. I've been to war with Telefonica and had my electricity suddenly cut off - but there again I've also done battle with British bueaucracy, old battleaxe that I am. I'm interested to know about the experiences of other forum members and what they think about the two countries' respective systems. Anyone who is interested can see some of my Grumpy articles at http://www.eyeonspain.com/blogs/donnagee.aspx
