Possibility of working in Thailand

I just joined this community today. So thanks for accepting me into your midst... :-)

I have been in Thailand since December 2015 and am absolutely loving it here. So much so that I am thinking of maybe staying a bit longer and finding work here. I have been doing some research and it looks like teaching English is the easier option. I however want to know if there are any other job opportunities available for foreigners without a degree. I have a Diploma in Marketing with experience in customer service (call center - 4 years - and face to face/office environment - 3 years). I love working with people.
