We moved from Canada to Belgium in February with our dog.  I have read that the dog will need an "EU Passport" to move around the EU (if we wanted to go to Germany or France etc).
I am looking for an English Speaking vet where I can take the dog to get the necessary paperwork done for him.
Does anyone have any recommendations or contacts we can try?
Thanks!

Use this link and phone the vets up until one of them speaks English.
