Hi Methanol and welcome to the blog.

since your living in Jubail there should be alot of western expats close to you so you shouldn't have a problem meeting them in open public areas.

but if your trying to put a word out for it. try the classifieds.

yeah it would be nice to met new people in jubail but sadly there isnt any place where people can go and hang out .

but there is an underground night club you can join
