Help finding a Physical Therapist for Physical Therapy after Surgey?

Hi
I am having knee surgery on New York State Workers Comp and will be doing my recovery in Puerto Rico. To be able to I need to find a physical Therapist that accepts NYS WC payment.
Does anyone here have any experience with that or have any suggestions as to how to find out?
I live in Vieques but realize I will probably have to travel t Fajardo area.

A) people may not know what NYS WC is
B) they dont know who accepts it
C) none has required therapy yet so cant recomend one
D) it is summer and we dont have as many members participation lately.

Likely nobody knows who accepts it
