I would try learning from Youtube and self study first. WORD has had significant changes to match Windows 10 and that may be also affecting Apple version. That means, look for the latest version for instruction on line and Youtube for free.

Excel makes all but the math wiz shudder in boots. Learn much of WORD first before Excel.

Also, there are several free universities in Bangkok to check out. I hope you speak Thai.
