Hi MUBBASHER,

To apply for a Tourist Visa you must contact any travel agent in your country of residence. The tourist visa can be arranged only through the travel agency.

Since it is a tourist visa, obviously the entire tour package costs like stay / hotel costs, sightseeing costs, vehicle hiring costs etc would all have to be borne by you.
