Where can i find the black garlic fermented machine in Hai Phong

I live in Hai Phong, I like black garlic but i can't find it in Hai Phong. Please help me!

You can find it at the Maxim's store on Van Cao, in the H-tower hotel building.  I saw it there yesterday!
