Hello everyone,

Living in France provides countless occasions to browse local newspapers, listen to local radio stations or watch local TV shows. As everywhere else in the world, local media play a key role in informing the public.

What are the major media in France? Which one do you use on a regular basis?

How do you keep up with international issues (newspapers, radio, TV, Internet)?

Thank you in advance!

My mainstay for news is Al Jazeera which has the best coverage and least biased reporting.  The rest is occasional.

My main online news channel in France is Le Monde.. accurate and not provocating..

And for the international news i followed BBC on my phone.

France 24 provides good coverage (in English). Compare that with BBC or ITV and they look like lightweight fools.

I read several online news resources.. BBC, France24, BBC Radio 4 and a selection of the UK print media. TV? Télématin in the morning and TF1 news at midday and the evening.
