Taking company car from Gibraltar to Spain and further

Hi,

I’d be extremely grateful for help with regards to clarifying a couple of issues. I’m going to start an offshore company in Gibraltar in a couple of days. I'm not a resident and will not be one - I'll only be the owner of the company.

I’d like to buy a car for this company in US and import in into Gibraltar.

Do I have to pay any taxes/customs/ VAT on that? Would a US car be suitable for registering in Gibraltar or would it need any modifications?

What is also very interesting is the question whether I can take this car out of Gibraltar into the mainland EU where the car would be driven most of the time, as the company would require me to travel all through the EU and meet with potential clients.
