Passport with Employer

According to the new regulations of the Ministry of Labor. An employer who keeps the passports of his employees will be fined SR2,000. But still the employers are not giving passports to their employees and employees cannot make complaint against company. So is there any hidden way to inform ministry about company's violation, is there any contact number or something where we can hide our identity and inform about company.

Good point brother. Hoping to get answer from experts. :)

Does your company handover your passport when you demand it? Perhaps they are keeping your passport for the sake of securing it.
Yes it is against the law but this practice has been going on since years and I will blame those who came to this country decades ago and silently surrendered their passports  :P

There is a toll free number supposedly to help - Call Center # 920001173 I am not sure if this number is still working and will this help to report your issue.
