Hello all,

Is there any one out here to give me first hand experience on Men's fitness centers in Jeddah??

How much do they charge and their timings.

Suggestions and advices are welcome.

Fitness time , in jeddah Madinah road beside Airport and have another two outlet i guess(SAR 1600 per 3 months), also Golden Gym beside saudi german hospital ( i don't know the fee there)

An advice to you. GO check out a couple of places yourself. understand how things are work there and what facilities they provide. Because what workd for one guy does not necessarily work for others.

if you have space and some cash - its cheaper to buy some gym equipment - Madinah road - at the Movenpick hotel - there's a place that sells gym equipment - average price is around SR1,500 per piece of equipment.
