Hi my name is Christopher Stevens, I am from South Africa currently working for Caledon Casino Tsogosun my current position is Senior Sous Chef. I would love to find work in one of the hotels in Mauritius.

Have you tried to send your CV and your motivation letter to the HR departement of differents hotels in Mauritius?

Thanks so much for the respond, I have not yet send my CV I would love to do that if you can just assist me with the list of hotels in Mauritius if possible. I never been there and I really don't have any idea of which hotels are there but will look on internet in the meantime.
