Bachelor Degree Certificate in Saudi council

Hi My name is Goutham and am Working in Riyadh, I completed my bachelor Degree ( 3 years ) I completed all my attestation process in India.
So now can I upload my certificates in saudi council or not?
Because my certificate is not engineering certificate. can anyone suggest.

First of all, let me know on which visa did you visit Saudi Arabia ?
And on which profession are you going to submit an application on SCE website ?

I came in job purpose as an engineer but I have only degree . I want to change my iquama position as engineer.. so is that possible?

You need to have an engineering degree of 4 years to apply to the council or else you'll have to change your profession at the earliest

Ask your HR which profession best suits you.

And if your B Sc certificate is attested by the KSA embassy, then your HR itself shall change your profession.

Few companies charge the fee of SAR 1000 to the employee itself.
