First, Is it OK for somebody who's living at "Singles" building to buy a pet ? Am talking about dog or cat ...
If that's possible, where can I find a pet to buy ?
Please help .

Hi its ok to have a pet even if you're single as long as you take care of it.

As for a dog you should keep it inside your house, don't take him out for awake in public areas if you're not living in a compound.

My advice is if you like pets try to adopt one rather than buy one, check this and hope you will find one.
