Help needed-Lithuania Consulate in Malaysia

Dear friends,

I need an urgent help. My sister inlaw is lithuanian. Her visa is due end of this nov however her passport book is full. We need help from lithuanian embassy or consulate. However no one knows where in malaysia. Please advice what can we do...appreciate ur advise..

Please bear in mind, we were suggested to go to lithuanian embassy in china or japan however due to budget concern, that will not be an option.
