Can I find a rental in a Compound for around 70-80000pa?

Hi,

Am I likely to get a decent apartment (1bed) for 70000-80000pa in a compound?

Any tips on good places to have a look at?

If you go searching for it on your own it will take eons...let your company find the one for you or use reference of someone living there already.

Some compounds to consider:
1) Lotus
2) Arabian Homes
3) Diamond

Do you know any compound close to STC? I would like to go walking to work hehehehe and for a reasonable price.
