Hi all,
Could you please advice me which one to choose, Fal or Seder?
Any body living in these compounds?
Thanks.

I have been to fall compound, its noting special and the apartments are very small. I can't remember seder though. Hopefully someone can help you with that.

Seder and Fal both have quite small housing.  However, between them I would definitely suggest Seder based on the friendly atmosphere there.

I'd choose FAL you'll feel more comfortable there.

People have moved out of Fal and gone to Del Mar

There is better compounds...  roof garden compound in olaya (brand new)  and kasab compound in eshbelya

Seder is better than FAL not only when it comes to the size of the house but also the amenities

Dear,

Can you inform me about FAL's prices for a studio/1 bed room flat?

Thank you,
