I have internet Network with several access points and modems and managing internet distribution in our Acommadation

Hi to all Experts,
Yesterday I have seen low speed in my Stc network 200mbps finer connection . I reset the modem to factory setting for solving the speed problem . Afterwards no internet connection. I have entered the Stc user Ac name and password also . But still the wan connection status is showing down .

SHALL any ONE HELP me to do proper setting ?

maybe its best to call STC customer care by dialing 900 from your STC line, they will help you out step by step.
