Hello,
I will be visiting Kiev in December 2016. I have lost contact with a close friend of mine and hope to locate him again.

Whilst I am in Kiev, does anyone know where I can post job opportunities for Doctors who are looking for a Management position in England?

Any signposting will be much appreciated.

Assistance in employment abroad of Ukrainian citizens is subject to licensing. So if you are going to conduct interviews on the territory of Ukraine, then you might get into some trouble.

You can use a licensed employment agencies specialized in medical staff. But before they can start looking for candidates, they have to have a signed contract either with the employer or with another employment agency.
